Qualification system for crypto artists in the NFT Fantasy League.

There will be qualifications for 9 participants. It is planned to start with a 100k reward. The top 3 will share the prize pool in the proportion:

1st place - 40% 2nd place - 30% 3rd place - 20% 4th-9th place - 10% will be divided for each

To qualify, you need to recruit CTF votes from holders.
